Delete Your BCN Plant Scout Account

BCN Plant Scout includes in-app account deletion. This page is the direct public account deletion help page for the app.

1. Open BCN Plant Scout on your phone or tablet.
2. Sign in with the account you want deleted.
3. Open Account / Sync.
4. Choose Delete Account and Cloud Data.
5. Confirm deletion.

After confirmation, the app deletes your BCN Plant Scout account, cloud-synced plant records, and cloud photos.

What is deleted

Cloud account and synced records

• Your BCN Plant Scout sign-in account.
• Cloud-synced plant observations tied to that account.
• Cloud photos attached to those observations.
• Profile and dashboard access records tied to that account.

Local records stored only on your device may remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app from the device.
